This peaceful two hours of respite will include a relaxing sacred cacao circle, hands-on plant workshop, and open-hearted conversation to explore the wisdom of nature.
The four sacred elements—earth, air, water, and fire—are known by indigenous cultures to live not only around us, but also within us. We’ll explore this concept further as we get our hands in the dirt and plant our own creations to take home.
