In our modern society, we are taught that our minds hold all our wisdom. So many of us navigate the world through the lens of logic, repressing or ignoring the cues of our bodies. Interestingly enough, our bodies are more attuned to our surroundings and more efficient at leading us to our greatest good than our minds ever will be.
Join me in immersing yourself in a somatic (aka embodied) experience that is enhanced by the medicine of sacred cacao, mindful breath, and guided meditation. I look forward to helping you open up to this beautiful way of being in the world.

*Address (near Trader Joe’s off 41 in Sarasota) will be disclosed upon registration.
*Those with serious heart conditions, who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or currently taking MAOI / SSRI antidepressants are discouraged from taking ceremonial doses of cacao due to medical contraindications. Cacao naturally has small amounts of caffeine and may dilate blood vessels. You may still participate but may require a smaller, energetic dosage or other special precautions.
