This event is for anyone embarking on this inevitable life transition—whether your eldest is off to live on their own or your youngest is leaving you with an “empty nest.”

We will begin this shared three-hour journey with my favorite heart-opening elixir. I will facilitate a sacred cacao ceremony to expand your capacity to lean into the emotions of this bittersweet season of life, sink into self-love, and deepen the connection to your physical body.
You will be lovingly guided through meditations and written reflections alongside shared stories and contemplations.
Our container will conclude with a peaceful sound bath to integrate all that unfolds during our time together.

*Bring a journal and an open heart. ♥️
*Those with serious heart conditions, who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or currently taking MAOI / SSRI antidepressants are discouraged from taking ceremonial doses of cacao due to medical contraindications. Cacao naturally has small amounts of caffeine and may dilate blood vessels. You may still participate but may require a smaller, energetic dosage or other special precautions.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please let me know as soon as possible if you can’t make it due to illness, scheduling conflicts, etc. as these events are small and I can often find someone to fill your spot with advanced notice. A refund or credit for a future circle will be given for all cancellations before 48 hours of the event. Last-minute cancellation refunds will be given on a case-by-case basis.
